Buy Sell Freedom PTY LTD Source Code License Agreement

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

Purpose and Use: The Software shall be used only for lawful purposes that promote the public good. The use of the Software for malicious, harmful, or unethical activities is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, activities that infringe on privacy, propagate hate speech, or enable fraud.
Attribution: Any redistribution or derivative works based on the Software must include clear and conspicuous attribution to Buy Sell Freedom PTY LTD as the original creator of the Software. This includes retaining this license agreement in any distributed copies or modifications.
Prohibition of Misrepresentation: Users are prohibited from misrepresenting the Software as their own creation. Any attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or sell the Software under false pretenses will result in immediate revocation of this license.
Integrity of the Software: Any modification, distribution, or derivative work must clearly distinguish modified components from the original Software. The Software’s original integrity must not be misrepresented or diluted in such cases.
Good Faith Clause: Users agree to use the Software in good faith. Any use of the Software found to be in contradiction with this clause may result in legal action, including but not limited to, penalties as deemed appropriate by Buy Sell Freedom PTY LTD.
Humorous Clause: The Software shall not be decompiled, resold as one’s own, or otherwise misused. Violators will symbolically face being "slapped in the face with a wet fish and released to the hounds." This humorous clause underscores our commitment to ethical and fair usage.
Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
Jurisdiction: This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
